Pricing & Quotes
Every home is unique, so pricing depends on square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of service you choose, and any add-ons. Cleanings start at $182 and most homes we maintain range from $225 to $255. Our online quote tool gives you a clear, detailed estimate in just two minutes — with no surprises and no pressure.
Your online quote is a starting price based on the information you provide. When you also call for a quote, our emailed and phone quote usually includes a discount. If your home has unique conditions not captured in the form, we’ll discuss any adjustments with you before we begin — never after.
Never. The quote you receive is the price you pay. If something about your home requires additional time or care, we’ll always discuss it with you before starting — not after.
Yes. Our Deluxe Maintenance Cleaning plans (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) come at a reduced rate compared to one-time cleanings. The more consistent your schedule, the better the value — and the more effortlessly your home stays in top condition.
Our standard service hours are Monday through Friday. Holiday appointments on these days are the same price.
Payment is due on the day of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and we can keep your payment information securely on file, so each cleaning is completely seamless. For the first cleaning you will be emailed an invoice with a secure link to pay.
We do! A Presto Cleaning gift card is one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give — the gift of time, peace of mind, and a beautifully cared-for home. You can purchase gift cards directly from our website.
Services & What's Included
Deluxe Cleaning is our thorough first-time clean — the foundation we build upon. Deluxe Maintenance Cleaning is the ongoing, recurring care (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) that keeps your home in consistently pristine condition. Most new clients begin with a Deluxe Cleaning and then transition into a maintenance schedule. The other option is to start with our Top to Bottom Deluxe Spring Cleaning.
A Deep Clean is ideal when your home hasn’t had professional attention in a while, or when you’re preparing for a special event, the arrival of a new baby, or the change of seasons. Standard cleanings are perfect for homes already on a consistent maintenance rhythm.
Absolute Renewal is our most exclusive, top-to-bottom service — unmatched in thoroughness and unique to Presto Cleaning. It’s designed for homeowners who want their space restored to showroom condition, whether for a major life event, a seasonal refresh, or simply the rare pleasure of a perfectly renewed home.
Yes — these are available as add-ons to any cleaning service. Just select them when requesting your quote, or let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure they’re included in your visit.
We focus on the spaces that make a home feel like home. Services we don’t offer include exterior window washing, heavy junk removal, biohazard or construction cleanup, and pest remediation. If you’re unsure about a specific task, just ask — we’re happy to clarify.
Absolutely. Our Custom Cleaning option is designed precisely around your priorities. Whether you want us to focus on specific rooms, skip certain areas, or prioritize particular tasks, we’ll build a plan that fits your life.
Scheduling & Booking
The easiest way is to request a free quote right on our website — it takes just a couple of minutes. To approve your quote, just call us or respond to an emailed quote. We’ll schedule your first visit at a time that works for you. Call us at (619) 366-0886.
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead to secure your preferred time slot, especially for deep cleans and move-in/move-out services. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Cleaning services are scheduled during these hours. Phone hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Not at all. Many of our clients give us a key, code, or garage access and come home to a beautifully cleaned space. Whatever makes you most comfortable — we’ll respect your preferences and your privacy.
We understand life happens. We simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, which allows us to offer that time to another client. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a small fee.
Yes. You’ll receive a friendly confirmation email 2 days before and a text 1 day before your appointment so there are no surprises — just one less thing on your mind.

Our cleaning technicians are carefully vetted, thoroughly trained Presto team members — not contractors pulled from an app. Every technician is background-checked, trained extensively in our science-backed methods, and mentored by senior team members before ever working independently in a client’s home.
Our technicians are part of the Presto family. This allows us to train them to our exacting standards, offer consistent quality, and ensure accountability in every home we serve.
Every new technician goes through an extensive onboarding program, including hands-on mentorship with one of our senior experts. Our trainers have decades of combined experience and a sharp eye for the details that define a truly luxury clean.
Yes, whenever possible. Consistency is one of the luxuries our clients value most, so we work hard to assign you a regular technician who learns your home and your preferences. If your cleaner is ever unavailable, we’ll send an equally skilled teammate who has been fully briefed on your home.
Gratuity is always at your discretion. Should you feel your technician has gone above and beyond, a tip is a thoughtful way to express your appreciation. Many of our clients choose to offer either a percentage of the service or a set amount to each recurring cleaning, which can be added conveniently to your payment method.

We use professional-grade, plant based, eco-friendly products chosen for their cleaning power and their safety. Our selection is guided by our science-backed approach — matching the right product to the right surface every time, so your home is cleaned effectively without harsh residues.
Absolutely. We use eco-friendly, family-safe products chosen specifically to protect the people and pets you love — without sacrificing cleaning power. If you have specific sensitivities or preferences, just let us know and we’ll tailor our product list accordingly.
Yes. Our technicians arrive fully equipped with professional-grade tools and our trusted eco-friendly products.
We want to be upfront: “hypoallergenic” is not a regulated or certifiable term, so we can’t officially make that claim. What we can tell you is that the vast majority of our products are free of the ingredients most associated with skin sensitivities.
A few specifics worth noting:
- Fragrance is the leading cause of skin irritation, and the only 2 scented products in our lineup is Scum Bum and our stainless-steel polish. Everything else we use is fragrance-free.
- Dyes are another common trigger — Our window cleaner and all-purpose cleaner contain dye, which gives them their signature color. If you have dye sensitivities, please let us know.
- Beyond that, none of our products contain harsh parabens, sulfates, alcohol, or aggressive chemicals. Most clients with sensitivities do very well with our product line.
If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please share them with us before your first visit. We’ll happily walk through our products with you and build a plan that keeps your home beautifully clean and comfortable for everyone in it.

We love pets and clean countless homes that have them. Whether it’s a single cat or a full household of furry family members, we’re fully equipped to handle pet hair, dander, and the unique realities of living with animals.
Whatever makes your pet most comfortable. Many clients let their pets roam freely, while others prefer to confine them to a single room. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll honor it.
Yes — that’s exactly what our Dander Treatment Extreme Cleaning is designed for. It targets embedded dander, pet hair, and allergens throughout your home, creating a noticeably fresher, healthier environment.

Preparing for Your Cleaning
Not at all — that’s our job! A quick tidy-up of personal items (laundry, toys, paperwork, toiletries) helps us focus on the deep work of cleaning, but it’s never required. We’ll work beautifully with whatever state your home is in.
While our team treats every item in your home with care, we recommend storing irreplaceable valuables (fine jewelry, important documents, sentimental items, money) in a safe spot for your own peace of mind.
Yes — please let us know how to access your home and where to park. Reliable access helps us start on time and spend every minute making your home shine. If street parking is adequate, just let us know.
Absolutely. We’ll secure your home exactly as you’ve instructed — locking all doors, resetting alarms, and returning keys or codes as agreed.
Quality & Guarantees
Your satisfaction is everything to us. If anything isn’t up to your standards, just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right — no questions asked. Our goal isn’t just a clean home; it’s a home you love coming back to.
Yes. We stand firmly behind every clean we deliver. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll return and re-clean the areas in question at no additional cost.
We treat every home with the utmost care, but on the rare occasion something is damaged, our insurance has you fully covered. We’ll document everything and let you know immediately. And if you find something, let us know right away and we’ll make it right quickly and fairly.
