Our core service, and the heart of the Presto experience. Every cleaning technician is trained, certified, and annually re-certified in the Perfect Maintenance Cleaning system. With each visit we rotate in a couple of deep-cleaning projects, so your home may never need a full deep spring cleaning again. For a 1,000 sq ft, 2-bed, 2-bath home with 1 pet, the investment is about $259.
Deluxe Cleaning
The perfect first step to reset your home. A Deluxe Cleaning delivers 30% more cleaning than a recurring maintenance visit — and is priced 30% more — because we raise every surface to a true professional standard. New clients’ homes always have a few deep-cleaning projects waiting; in a typical Deluxe Cleaning we complete two or three of them. For a 1,000 sq ft, 2-bed, 2-bath home with 1 pet, the investment is about $413 — including the discount we extend when it leads into recurring care.
Top to Bottom Deluxe Spring Cleaning
A total home refresh — 125% more cleaning than a recurring maintenance visit. It’s the ideal way to begin a maintenance schedule, since ongoing visits will preserve that just-renewed feeling. For a 1,000 sq ft, 2-bed, 2-bath home with 1 pet, the investment is about $666.

Whether you’re a renter protecting your deposit or a buyer craving a fresh start, every detail is addressed before the keys change hands. The cleaning rules differ slightly, but the investment matches a Top to Bottom Deluxe Spring Cleaning — about $666 for our example home.

Built for homes fighting allergens. Beyond a Spring Cleaning, we run two loads of laundry for items like cushion & pillow covers, vacuum all furniture (and beneath the cushions), and move nightstands and light furniture for maximum reach. We then treat soft furnishings with cat-dander, dog-dander, or dust-neutralizing spray and mist the air throughout your home to neutralize airborne allergens. For our example home with 1 pet, the added investment is $380.Whole-Home Disinfecting & Odor Neutralizing
Kills germs up to log 6 — 99.9999%. Ideal for welcoming a newborn home, as a precaution after a contagious illness, or simply to eliminate odors (smoke odors excepted). We use a green hydrogen peroxide and silver compound to safely mist your whole home, and you can re-enter any room just 15 minutes after treatment. Tailored precisely to your needs. In our experience, about half of clients simply want the kitchen and bathrooms handled beautifully. Home cleaning costs come down to four things:

We also reward commitment with discounts: a reduced rate on a Deluxe or Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning when it leads into recurring care, 10% off the Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning, and $50 off each of your 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Deluxe Maintenance Cleanings as a new client.

By default, everything is cleaned. What changes between services is how deeply. In a Deluxe Cleaning, everything looks cared for. In a Top to Bottom Deluxe Spring Cleaning, our goal is to make everything look new — out come the detailing toothbrush and scraper, we use proper dwell time, eliminate water stains, and much more.
