The price depends on square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the service you choose and any add ons. Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes, and further than that. We carry liability insurance, bonding and workers’ compensation, and our technicians hold House Cleaning Technician certification. Insurance subrogation is available on request for clients who need it. Many cleaning companies carry only the first of those four.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients give us a key, a code or garage access and come home to a beautifully cleaned space. We will respect whatever arrangement makes you most comfortable.
Should I tip my cleaners?
Only if you want to. Tipping is never expected and it is not built into your price. If you do tip, your team keeps all of it. Nothing is pooled, nothing is withheld, and nothing goes to the company.
Clients who tip usually leave around $20 to $50 per visit, or a larger amount once a year. Some tip every visit, some tip occasionally, and plenty never do. It makes no difference to your service.
